All graduate students are guaranteed housing in San Clemente. Brochures are also available for mailing.
Living accommodations are available in university-owned and privately-owned residence halls, single and family-student apartments, and privately-owned apartments, duplexes, rooms, and houses in the neighboring communities. Since there are often waiting lists for university-owned housing, graduate students should apply early. You need not wait for acceptance to graduate school before applying for housing.
