Description:
French 26 is the transitional course between lower-division language and upper-division literature/ advanced culture courses. Students develop their writing and speaking skills through the study of contemporary French and Francophone literature, journalistic essays, and film.
Prerequisite: French 6 or equivalent proficiency or consent of instructor.
The course is taught entirely in French. All assignments, readings and discussions are in French.
This course also includes a review of grammar.
